JM Wellness Services was founded by Jessica Adamo, a passionate and dedicated professional with a deep commitment to helping children and families thrive. With years of experience in therapy and wellness, Jessica saw a growing need for a supportive, family-centered space where every child could be understood, empowered, and celebrated. What began as her personal mission to make a difference has grown into a trusted resource for families across the community. Through Jessica’s vision and leadership, JM Wellness Services continues to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to each unique journey.

We are a collaborative team of professionals dedicated to supporting children and families through high-quality, compassionate care. With expertise in behavioural therapy, speech therapy, and other developmental supports, we bring our diverse skills together to help every child reach their fullest potential.
